The original Kontakt Player 2 installer for First Call Horns may crash during install on a Mac running Leopard or Snow Leopard. Use this fixed installer instead. After this installation is complete, make sure to manually drag the NKS file from the First Call Horns DVD over to the First Call Horns library folder on your hard drive (wherever you told the installer to install it).

Users of Mac OS 10.4 or PowerPC Mac users should use the Kontakt 3.5 engine instead. Version 4.0.3 requires OS 10.5 or later, and does not support PowerPC Macs.

There is a missing bass file in construction kit folder 31 of Mirrorball: Silky House Music. This download containes the missing rex, apple loop, and acidized wav versions of the missing file.

This fix is for the RMX installer of Chill 2. Two kits are not installed properly into the RMX format.

A limited run of VI.ONE installer discs has the Windows installer on it but flagged as invisible. To fix this, you can either set your Folder Options to show invisible files, or you can download the installer from this link.

After running the installer, manually copy the NKX files from all three discs into the VI.ONE Library folder. Then visit the VI.ONE updates page to download new updates for the engine, library, and authorizer.

If you have tried to run the RMX installer on an Intel MAC with any of the following products, you may have experienced distortion or noise with the audio files:

Bass files are missing from three construction kits on Funk City 2. This zip file contains the corresponding WAV, REX and Apple Loop file.

Vir2 Instruments' VI.ONE and syntAX products require the downloading of the Leopard Installer Patch from the Native Instruments web site for any users who wish to install those products in Mac OS X 10.5.x. Installation instructions are included in the ZIP file.

Some of the Kontakt instruments did not load properly on the original version of Housematic. Once Housematic is copied onto your hard drive go into the "Housematic:Settings" folder and replace the original "Kontakt" folder with the "Kontakt" folder from this update.
